Michelle Wright is the owner and founder of Luxe & Mane Hair Salon/Head Spa and Luxe & Mane Braiding Studio, a celebrity hairstylist, and a distinguished cosmetologist with more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. From an early age, she knew her calling was to become a professional hairstylist, and she went on to refine her craft as a licensed cosmetologist through Empire Beauty School. Michelle is devoted to creating an elevated salon experience where every client is treated with exceptional care and attention, with healthy hair always at the center of her work. As a visionary leader and entrepreneur, she remains grounded in humility and purpose, using her success to create meaningful opportunities for others while continuing to expand her impact within the beauty industry and the community she serves.
Stylist
Krislyn, Master Braider and Lead Stylist at Luxe & Mane Braiding Studio, is a York, Pennsylvania native whose passion for braiding began at the age of seven, when her mother first taught her how to cornrow. What started as a childhood skill soon evolved into a true calling, as she refined her artistry by styling her own hair and that of friends and family for many years. In 2012, Krislyn began offering her services professionally, and her growing clientele affirmed both her talent and her ability to help others feel confident and beautiful. Guided by vision and determination, she took a bold step in 2021 by leaving her career of nine years to fully pursue her passion, enrolling in Barber & Beauty Academy of Pennsylvania. She graduated in November 2021 and is a Licensed Natural Hair Braider, known for delivering elevated braid artistry with professionalism, precision, and care.
Stylist
Neena Foster is a distinguished loc specialist at Luxe & Mane Braiding Studio, recognized for her gentle touch, intentional care, and serene presence. A graduate of Empire Beauty School, she combines professional training with years of hands-on experience in loc care and natural hair artistry. Her education, paired with a foundation in fine art and people-centered work, shapes the elevated, intuitive approach she brings to every client experience. Through her brand, Crowned by Neena, she offers loc maintenance, starter locs, and natural hair styling with an emphasis on precision, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail. Neena’s chair is a refined, welcoming space where clients can unwind, feel cared for, and leave refreshed—confidently crowned.

Destiny is a professional braider at Luxe & Mane Braiding Studio. Her passion for hair began in elementary school, where she first discovered her talent for braiding. Since then, Destiny has cultivated her craft with a focus on creating elevated, beautiful styles while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. She is dedicated to delivering a refined, luxury experience defined by exceptional detail, artistry, and personalized care. Her specialties include knotless braids, bora braids, boho knotless braids, starter locs, loc retwists, designer stitch braids, and tribal braids.

Millie is a licensed hairstylist and Head Spa Specialist at Luxe & Mane Hair Salon/Head Spa dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. Licensed since 2022, she specializes in creating healthy, beautiful styles while promoting scalp health, relaxation, and overall hair wellness. Millie is committed to delivering a luxury experience that leaves each client feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.
